Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Razmataz Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help make things right. This policy explains our return and refund procedures for different types of products and services.

General Return Policy

Return Timeframe

  • Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
  • Defective Items: 7 days from delivery date for fastest processing (defects accepted up to 30 days)
  • Custom 3D Printed Items: 7 days from delivery date (defects only)

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Original packaging and protective materials included
  • All accessories, documentation, and components present
  • No signs of use, damage, or modification (unless reporting a defect)
  • Items must be in resellable condition

Return Procedures

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us Email us at support@razmatazcomics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if reporting damage or defects

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We’ll respond within 1-2 business days
  • You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
  • We’ll provide return shipping instructions
  • Returns without RA numbers may be refused

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Include RA number on package exterior
  • Use adequate packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
  • We recommend tracking and insurance for valuable items
  • Keep your shipping receipt until return is processed

Product-Specific Return Policies

Comics and Collectibles

Returnable Items:

  • Comics in original condition within 30 days
  • Action figures and collectibles with original packaging
  • Items that don’t match description or condition stated

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Comics removed from protective bags/boards without defect
  • Items with condition issues caused after delivery
  • Collectibles with missing original packaging (unless defective)

Special Considerations:

  • Comic condition is subjective; we stand behind our grading
  • Market value changes are not grounds for return
  • Variant covers must be returned in exact condition received

N-Scale Model Trains

Returnable Items:

  • Unopened locomotive and rolling stock packages
  • Unused track and accessories in original packaging
  • Items that are not as described or incompatible as stated

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been operated or tested
  • Custom weathered or modified items
  • Track that has been cut or modified

Special Considerations:

  • Test-fitting is normal, but operation voids return eligibility
  • Compatibility issues due to customer layout specifics may not be returnable
